The EBH-advising center will offer your staff and management: Help putting together an elephant bull program for your individual institution Elephant profiles; Documentation about elephants and the different ways of training, used as a manual; Enrichment program; Safety rules for your specific institution; an elephant bull husbandry program that will be workable for your institution. Facillity design and adjustments needed to make it bullproof and functional. I will be the person as your advisor where you can fall back to as your guide in a PC situation. Staff training: understanding the natural needs and behavior of bull elephants. daily care-routines; foot trimming; awareness of human- elephant conflicts and accidents; recognize diseases. Try to solve team issues and find a workable solution. Take a look at the diet and put together a good, healthy diet for your elephants. If needed, I help with your female elephants, this includes a complete program and training as well. Speak on conferences, courses and workshops about elephant bulls and their natural behavior, care and situation in zoos.
